Some of the <br />underlying assumptions and models in the FEIS of how Colorado River resources would <br />respond to ROD operations have been modified or rejected based on significant <br />additional scientific research. Therefore, we propose an experiment with specific <br />deviations in ramp rates and daily fluctuations from the preferred alternative in the FEIS <br />and ROD. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Glen Canyon Dam Adaptive Management Program <br /> <br />The Proposed Action Alternative in this environmental assessment has been <br />developed within the GCDAMP.
