If at any time I this delivery schedule results in a flow at <br /> <br />Alamosa in excess of 2,000 cubic feet per second, delivery to <br /> <br />Colorado appropr!.ators may be increased temporarily to include <br /> <br />deliveries to additional decrees within the priority system to <br /> <br />prevent flooding at Alamosa . <br /> <br />h. Every ten days throughout this period I a status report will be <br /> <br />made by the Division Engineer to reflect the accuracy of the <br /> <br />monthly and annual estimates of both the supply at the Del <br /> <br />Norte Index Station and the delivery at the Lobatos Gaging Station <br /> <br />and deliveries to Colorado appropriators adjusted, when necessary. <br /> <br />When adjustments of 10% or more are proposed, the Division <br /> <br />Engineer will notify the President of the Board of Directors of the <br /> <br />Rio Grande Water Users Association. <br /> <br />i. Storage in pre-compact reservoirs will be permitted durin<;l' <br /> <br />this period as follows: <br />1.. During the months of April and May, 15 percent of all <br /> <br />water stored shall be considered as. stored out of priority <br /> <br />in accordance with eRS 148-11-25, as amended. This <br /> <br />water may be called by the State Engineer for compact <br /> <br />commitments if required, but any water so stored and <br /> <br />carried .over to January I of the following year will revert <br /> <br />to absolute ownership of the reservoir in which it was <br /> <br />held. In the event any reservoir should spill, the out-of- <br /> <br />priority water will be the first to spill. <br />
