From the estimated monthly runoff pattern at the Conejos <br /> <br />River near Mogote, the Los Pinos near Ortiz and the San Antonio <br /> <br />River at Ortiz, monthly delivery requirements at the La Sauses <br />gaging station will be projected for the months of April through <br /> <br />October. <br /> <br />d. DelivE!ries to Colorado appropriators will total 110% of the <br /> <br />amount of discharge at the Conejos, Los Pinos and San Antonio <br /> <br />-River index stations less the percentage of the remaining amount <br /> <br />(April through October, 3b above) to be delivered to La Sauses <br /> <br />in the current year. This amount will be distributed to decrees <br />in order of priority until the-entire amount is delivered. <br /> <br />e. If, at any time, this delivery schedule results in a flow in <br /> <br />the Conejos River Channel in excess of its capacity, without <br />I - <br />I <br />flooding, delivery to Colorado appropriators may be increased <br /> <br />temporarily to include deliveries to additional decrees within <br /> <br />the priority system to prevent such flooding. <br /> <br />f. Every ten days throughout this period, a status report wili <br /> <br />be made by the Division Engineer to reflect the accuracy of <br /> <br />the monthly and annual estimates of the supply at the three <br /> <br />index stations and the delivery at the La Sauses gaging station <br /> <br />and the deliveries adjusted wtten necessary. When adjustments <br /> <br />of 10% or more are proposed, the Division Engineer will notify <br /> <br />the President of the Conejos River Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />4. November and December <br /> <br />_ a. There will be no direct flow or ground water diversions from <br /> <br />the Conejos River or its tributaries during the months of November <br />
