Direct flow diversions may commence upon a date to be <br /> <br />determined annually by the State Engineer after consultation <br /> <br />with the Conejos Water Conservancy District and other interested <br /> <br />entities. <br /> <br />b. Actual runoff at the Mogote Index Stations for the months of <br /> <br />- <br />January, February and March and the estimated runoff for <br /> <br />November and December will be combined to prOvide an <br /> <br />estimated supply at that station during the non-irrigation <br /> <br />season. The actual Conejos-River deliveries at La Sauses <br /> <br />gaging station for January, February and March will be combined <br /> <br />with the estimated deliveries at La Sa uses for November and <br /> <br />December, and deducted from the estimated annual delivery <br /> <br />requirement to proVide an estimated delivery requirement for <br /> <br />the remainder of the year. <br />
