<br />UPPER BASIN RESERVOIRS <br /> <br />FONTENELLE RESERVOIR <br />(GREEN RIVER) <br /> <br />Water Year 1995 <br /> <br />FonteneUe Reservoir began water year 1995 with an <br />elevation of 1978.4 meters (6490.7 feet) with 286 million <br />cubic meters (232,000 acre-feet) of live storage (67 percent <br />of capacity). <br /> <br />The Upper Green River Basin after 8 consecutive years of <br />helow normal flows experienced an above average year. The <br />April through July runoff into the reservoir during water <br />year 1995 was 1,157 million cubic meters (938,000 million <br />acre-feet) or 115 percent of the long-term average and <br />FonteneUe easily ftlled in 1995. <br /> <br />ACTUAl.
