Interpretation aims to stimulate active <br /> <br /> <br />envolvement and to assist individuals in grasping the <br />complete significance and appreciation of an event or <br />element. <br />Interpretation along the Cache La Poudre River will <br />not only increase user satisfactions by stimulating <br />interest and by increasing knowledge but, will contribute <br />to the creation of better citizens with a more complete <br />understanding of their community. <br />The goal of this plan is to suggest guidelines for <br />the development of such interpretive programs along the <br />Cache La Poudre Trail. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Location <br />The study area is located in Northeast Colorado, <br />in Larimer County. It follows the Cache La Poudre River <br />from Watson Lake to the intersection of the river and <br />1-25, just west of Tinmath, Colorado (Figure 1). <br />The riverbottom flood plain is primarily open space, <br />with agricultural use being the predominate theme. <br />However, some industry is located along the river in <br />the City of Ft.
