Table IV includes the calculated return flows based <br />on this method. These predicted return flows compare well with those calculated <br />for the historical analysis as listed in Table V. When you subtract out the 114 <br />acre-foot net winter return flow obligation, the average monthly return flows <br />from the return flow factor method are equivalent to the average historical <br />return flows. <br /> <br />-14- <br />
