11. The Irrigationists, Northern, Riverside and Public Service agree
that th~y will withdraw their Statements of Opposition in Case No.
86-CW-1~6. Upon entry of the decree of diligence in 86-CW-136 any breach
of this Agreement shall not affect the operation of paragraph 3 herein.
