Article V. Amendment Amendments to this MOU may be executed at any time with the mutual consent of the parties hereto. Article VI. Required Clauses For the term of this MOU, the parties agree to abide by terms of Executive Order 11246, and will not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The parties will take affir- mative action to ensure that applicants are employed without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. No member of or delegate to Congress, or resident Commissioner, shall be admitted to ,any share or part of this MOU, or to any benefits that may arise therefrom, but this provision shall not be construed to extend to this MOU if made with a cooperation for its general benefit. Article VII. ResponSible Personnel The following people will represent the parties during the term of this MOU: U.S. Bureau of Reclamation - Roger Weidelman Central Colorado W.C.D. - Tom Cech Lower South Platte W.C.D. - Alex Michel Northern Colorado W.C.D. - Darrell Zimbelman St. Vrain and Lefthand W.C.D. - Les Williams Article VIII. Extension, Continuation, Termination This MOU may be extended or terminated by the mutual consent of the parties hereto. One or more of the parties may terminate their participation in this MOU by providing 60 days written notice to the others. Upon termination of par- ticipation by one or more nonfederal parties to this MOU, the remaining parties may elect to continue this study by assuming any remaining finan- cial or other obligations hereto. 3 ".
