To date, <br />only one contractor has made arrangements with Gary Daves from the City to <br />retain their water. After July 31, 1995, we will transfer a portion of each <br />contractors water now in the City pool to refill space created by evaporation <br />in each of the contractor's pools since March 25, 1995.
