QO This volume is one of six volumes that comprises Section 2
on "Water Resources Project Date" of Part II of the Report of the
Arkanses-White-Red Basins Inter-Agency Committee, which was organized
by direction of the President to conduct e comprehensive survey of
the water end related land resources of the Arkansas-White-Red River
Basins, as authorized in Section 205, Public Lev 516, 81st Congress,
