R. Grace & Co. and the new owner, Western Water Reserves, <br />Inc., Boulder, Colorado. A news release announcing the <br />sale was distributed to the media on November 15. <br /> <br />In an activity related to the sale of Aquatrain, Inc., representatives <br />of lakehead Pipeline Co., Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Interprovincial <br />Pipe line limited of Canada, were briefed by AQUATRAIN staff <br />during much of November. Interprovincial, through their <br />subsidiary, will provide near-term working capital for Aquatrain, <br />Inc., and is considering additional financial commitments. <br /> <br />4.2 ANTICIPATED DECEMBER EVENTS <br /> <br />Brief representative of long-Term Credit Bank of Japan. <br />Continue efforts to identify potential industry partners. <br /> <br />Reclamation and new owner, Western Water Reserves, Inc., <br />to continue discussions on commitments company is willing <br />to make to AQUATRAIN.
