<br />2. Coordinate Recovery Program activities among various Federal <br />and State agencies, water user groups, environmental <br />organizations and the public. <br /> <br />3. Administer and provide staff support for the Colorado River <br />Recovery Implementation Committee, the Management Committee and <br />the Biology Committee. <br /> <br />4. Prepare an annual Recovery Program budget and work plan for the <br />Implementation Committee; compile annual report. <br /> <br />5. Monitor the expenditure of funds by the different Service <br />elements involved with the Colorado River Recovery Program. <br /> <br />6. Coordinate overall Service participation in the Recovery <br />Program. <br /> <br />7. Formulate, issue, and monitor coordinated work activity advices <br />that identify the support requirements of different Service <br />elements involved with the Colorado River Recovery Program. <br /> <br />8. Organize, document, and maintain the administrative record for <br />the Implementation Committee and the Recovery Program. <br /> <br />9. Organize and maintain the library of technical reports on the <br />Colorado River fishes. <br /> <br />10. Monitor and coordinate recovery activities among various <br />Service divisions, States, Federal agencies, contractors and <br />Regions. <br /> <br />11. Develop and administer FWS work advices, Interagency <br />Agreements, Cooperative Agreements or contracts to implement <br />work plans. <br /> <br />12. Provide technical review for the Recovery Program newsletter. <br /> <br />13. Organize and hire contractor for FY 93 Recovery Program annual <br />river trip, <br /> <br />B. Fish and Wildlife Service: <br /> <br />1. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to the Biology <br />Committee as requested (Grand Junction and Vernal field <br />offi ces) . <br /> <br />2.
