IX. Accomplishments/Initial Findings and Shortcomings: 1) Coordinate state's portion of the ISMP; Annual field responsibilities conducted as planned. Data has yet to be analyzed. 2) Prepare for, and attend Biology Committee meetings; and technical subcommi ttee, Management Commi ttee, and Implementation Committee meetings as appropriate; Attended most committee meetings in person or by proxy. Primary accomplishments were the development of RIPRAP document and FY94 Work Plan, completion of an instream flow methodology assessment, direction for short-term hatchery needs, feasibility and design funds, and review of FY93 project activities. 3) Cooperate in projects dealing with the taxonomic and systematic status of Gila, and with the I&E Committee, as necessary; participated in review of major changes required in Gila taxonomy projects, largely through review of FY93 projects and development of FY 94 workplan. Specific meetings of Program advisory group for Gila taxonomy project did not occur. Did not attend any I , E Committee meetings. 4) Coordinate with federal agencies to transfer funds for RIP-sanctioned work (i.e., section 6, BuRec, and state- matching) i Completed as appropriate. 5) Review and comment on reports and proposals prepared by USFWS, BuRec, and other RIP participants; Documents reviewed include: report on bony tail loss at Horsethief SWA, Connected Lakes Management Plan, 2 peer review proposals, stanford instream flow report, Genetics Guidelines, PVA report, Muth , Nesler Yampa report, Dexter Protocol review, Redlands Passage proposal, RZB contaminant studies review, Escalante Ranch wetland proposal.
