<br />y <br /> <br />(RIPRAP)i <br />9) Participate in development of Recovery Goals for the four <br />endangered fish species. <br />10) Participate in development of Non-native Fishes Stocking <br />Policy and criteria. <br />11) Participate in development of Hatchery Facilities and <br />Operation Plan. <br /> <br />IX. Accomplishments/Initial Findings and Shortcomings: <br /> <br />1) Coordinate state's portion of the ISMP; <br />Annual field responsibilities conducted as planned. Data <br />has yet to be analyzed. <br /> <br />2) Prepare for, and attend Biology Committee meetings; and <br />technical subcommi ttee, Management Commi ttee, and <br />Implementation Committee meetings as appropriate; <br /> <br />Attended most committee meetings in person or by proxy. <br />Primary accomplishments were the development of RIPRAP <br />document and FY94 Work Plan, completion of an instream <br />flow methodology assessment, direction for short-term <br />hatchery needs, feasibility and design funds, and review <br />of FY93 project activities. <br /> <br />3) Cooperate in projects dealing with the taxonomic and <br />systematic status of Gila, and with the I&E Committee, as <br />necessary; <br /> <br />participated in review of major changes required in Gila <br />taxonomy projects, largely through review of FY93 <br />projects and development of FY 94 workplan. Specific <br />meetings of Program advisory group for Gila taxonomy <br />project did not occur. Did not attend any I , E <br />Committee meetings. <br /> <br />4) Coordinate with federal agencies to transfer funds for <br />RIP-sanctioned work (i.e., section 6, BuRec, and state- <br />matching) i <br /> <br />Completed as appropriate. <br /> <br />5) Review and comment on reports and proposals prepared by <br />USFWS, BuRec, and other RIP participants; <br /> <br />Documents reviewed include: report on bony tail loss at <br />Horsethief SWA, Connected Lakes Management Plan, 2 peer <br />review proposals, stanford instream flow report, Genetics <br />Guidelines, PVA report, Muth , Nesler Yampa report, <br />Dexter Protocol review, Redlands Passage proposal, RZB <br />contaminant studies review, Escalante Ranch wetland <br />proposal. <br />
