provides personnel, funds, supervision and administrative

actions, assessing results from ongoing and finished program
activities; and subsequently formulating new direction and
evaluating progress in species' recovery status.

In-kind services
Coordinate state's portion of the ISMP;
Prepare for, and attend Biology Committee meetings; and
technical subcommi ttee, Management Commi ttee, and
Implementation committee meetings as appropriate;
Cooperate in projects dealing with the taxonomic and
systematic status of Gila, and with the I&E Committee, as
necessary;
Coordinate with federal agencies to transfer funds for
RIP-sanctioned work (i.e., section 6, BuRee, and state-
matching);
Review and comment on reports and proposals prepared by
USFWS, BuRec, and other RIP participants;
Coordinate with Colorado Water Conservation Board staff;
Review research proposals and assist in annual RIP budget
preparation;
Participate in development of RIP Recovery Action Plan
