These may include suoh subjects as <br />necessary conformance to statutory responsibilities of individual <br />agencies, adaptability to fUture instructions from higher authority, <br />channels for submission of.the report, eto, <br /> <br />Priorities. Scl~dules of study established by each agency for ** <br />planning activities in each subbasin area have been adjusted to the <br />priority needs and desires of the states, and adopted at the 11th <br />meeting.
