Upon oompletion of any part of' a section of Part ';U <br />of the report. it will be distributed to members of the work group <br />for review. <br /> <br />~ <br />-,J <br />W <br />~ <br /> <br />After all members of the work group have had an opportunity to <br />present their views, that portion of the report will be revised if <br />1nthe opinion of the work group such,revision is neoessary. When, <br />through this prooess of preparation, review, and revision, anypor- <br />tion of the report is oompleted to the satisfaction of the work <br />group as of that date that portion of the report shall be adopted <br />by the work group and furn,ished to AWRBIAC for the information of <br />the members. <br /> <br />Upon oompletion of an entire seotion of Part II of the report <br />by B. work group, the seotion will be submitted to the Inter-Agency <br />COll)lnittee for re~iew ,and comment:, or approval. After approval of <br />the seotion of the report, no ohange will be made therein without <br />the consent of the Committee; <br /> <br />If the work group is unable to agree upon any section of the <br />report, a draft or alternative drafts of that section together with <br />any comments any member of the work group might desire to append <br />,thereto, shall be submitted to the AWRBlAC for decision. <br /> <br />Part II wi 11 be prepared under general editorial rule s and in <br />, aooordance with an outline approved by the Inter-Agency Committee. <br /> <br />General Provisions to Cover Preparation of the Report - The <br />Tulsa Group, oonstituted along minimum lines as outlined above, will <br />serve as an editorial board. for the entire,report, subject to super- <br />vision by the Inter-Agenoy Committee. <br /> <br />General provisions of a miscellaneous but important nature, in- <br />oluding agreement as to length of various sect ions, format of tlle <br />entire report, and arrangements ,for printing and financing, will be <br />studied in detail by the Tulsa Group and presented to the Inter- <br />Agenoy Committee for subsequent approval. <br /> <br />Suitable authorities. suoh as the Style Manual, U.S. Government <br />Printing Office, should be considered for adoption as the control <br />on technioal format provisions. <br /> <br />x-4 <br />
