(:J ~ ~ ~ ~. 15 May 1952 AYiRBIAC PROCEDURE GUIDE IX. PROGRESS REPORTS Reports of Work Group Activities. A report will be presented at presoribed intervals* for eaoh work group. It will be prepared ** by the subjeot ooordinating agency, submitted in advance, presented in writing to the AWRBIAC at its informal sessions, and orally summarized. a. The report will desoribe the work acoomp1ished by the work group sinoe the preceding rsport, outline proposed aotivities for the next report period, and show progress either in bar ohart form, ** peroentage of completion, or some other equally speoifio form, as ** of the beginning of the reporting month. ,.r.t;.', 1~' b. The written report will be submitted, together with reso- lutions or recommendations originating in the work group, to the Offioer in Charge, AWR Offioe, Corps of Engineers, in order that the information may be distributed to the AWRBIAC members prior to the meeting. This submission is scheduled for the lOth of the meet- ing month. c. In presenting the report at the periodic informal sessions of AWRBIAC, a written oopy will be presented, orally summarized, and supplemented by answers to q~estions from the AVffiBIAC. At formal or publio meetings of the Al~IAC, the Governor's representative of the host state will submit a report to the Inter-Agenoy Committee of the activities within his State relative to oross-ooordination among work groups, inoluding a report on his coordination aotivities acoomplished through individual oontaot with agenoy representatives, by meetings with representatives of two or more agenoies, and by AWRBIAC Teoh- nical Conferenoes held in his State. He will also report to the Committee as to meetings soheduled in the forthooming month. This report will inolude a disoussion of his aotivities oonoerning ooor- dination among agenoies on speoific problems such as hydrologio studies and other problems oonsidered of interest to the Inter-Agenoy Committee. Other Governors' Representatives will submit similar statements at the informal meetings of AWRBIAC.
