The steps shown graphically in the "Schedule <br />for Preparation of Report and prior thereto were the subject of addition- <br />al consideration of AWRBIAC resulting in several paper presentations <br />(Appendix B, Meeting 3-52, et seq). By 15 May the steps had been out- <br />lined as 14 in number and steps 1 to 9 had been approved by AWRBIAC as <br />reported in the minutes of the Twelfth Meeting.
