R. 5472, it seems <br />desirable that the Department' of. the Army be designated as the chairman <br />agency. Each agency would, of course, make its contribution in accord- <br />allce with its responsibilities under existing laws. The final product <br />of sU9h a joint intel'-agency investigation should. be a single comprehen- <br />"sive'report embracing the coordinated views of all agencies concerned. <br /> <br />",~"'. <br />.. , <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I (lssUJne that each participating agency and the group as a <br />whole will coordinate. its plans and activities with those of the inter- <br />ested States.
