The Pueblo Couneil, by

resolution dated September 24, 1980, requested that BIA and the Serviee eontinue

the study and reeommend proposed alternatives for construetion of an irrigation

projeet on the pueblo. In February 1981, Service and BIA representatives met

with the Pueblo Couneil to present results of our revised and additional analy-

ses and to diseuss the future direetion of our study efforts.
