Board under the laws of incorporation for the

State of Colorado. The Association has the auth-

ority to vest title to the project, or a portion

thereof, in the Colorado Water Conservation Board

under the laws of incorporation for the State of

Colorado.

Financial Status: The Greetville-Carbondale Water

Association, Inc. incorporation was financed by

collecting S;430.00 from the proposed Association

membership. The attorney was paid S;150.00 towards

the preparation of the incorporation papers and

$46.00 total was paid for the expense of filing

the incorporation. The Association has a balance

of $234.00 for miscellaneous expenses as of Dec-

ember 2, 1975. The economic condition of the

Association members makes it imperative that a

90 percent grant be obtained for the construction

of the project from the Las Animas County Commiss-

ioners and agencies for the State of Colorado and

the Federal Government. The remaining 10 percent

is proposed to be financed through a loan from

the Colorado Water Conservation Board.
