Long term effects <br /> <br />of the numerous impacts on the deer herd. Effects on water <br /> <br />quality from chemicals used on croplands. <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />All of these were discussed to some extent, but the <br /> <br />Bureau, I think, should be able to substantiate it. I don't <br /> <br />sea that document. In closing, our viewpoint in evaluating a <br /> <br />proposal like this -- I live in the area. I do not have the <br /> <br />same sort of livelihood that people who are hoping to benefit <br /> <br />from this project have, but we try to make certain that when <br /> <br />public rosourC~5 are involved that they are adequately oon- <br /> <br />aiderod in the decision process and that they are not unnecess- <br /> <br />arily irreversibly harmed.
