These projects were ~iven a priority status in Sec. 2, P.L.485,
84th Conr.ress. Their construction partly depends upon the
availability of excess power revenues in the Upper Colorado
River Basin Fund aiter subsidizing the authorized participation
projects. Based upon the most recent U.S.B.h. repayment schedule
of Feb. 1962, and the allowable development and repayment period
of 59 years, some of these projects could be financed if started
immediately. It is assumed herein th2t the depletions will start
in 1970 and increase on a strairht line basis to full depletion
in 1995.
