T1hD.e it 18 im:Jossible to predict with certainty <br />what tile flow across the State line during August and September may be, I <br />belitJVe it is fnir to aesume that deliveries for Auguzt and September will <br />amount to at least 6,000 acre feet which, together with deliveries up to <br />August lst, would make an AGgregate a~ount of nearly 60,000 acre feet, <br />which amount is almost double the quantity of historic diversion~ ~ ditches <br />in Kan/les as shown by Mr. Petterson I S tabulations Which, I underst&.nd, were <br />/lub:nitted in evidence in the present.suit. <br /> <br />It is fully realized that differences in conclusio~e concorning <br />these matters arise out of our individual interpretation of the prov~<ions <br />of the stipulation, and not e.s a result of factual information ave.illlble <br />to both of us.
