<br /> <br />o <br /><:) <br />(":) <br />~ <br /><:) <br />o <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />· Any project depletion or portion of a project depletion occurring under water <br />rights.in existence and applied to beneficial use prior to October 25, 1991 will be <br />considered part of the historic baseline and considered an historic project for <br />Section 7 consultation purposes (currently the San Juan River Recovery <br />Implementation Program provides the reasonable and prudent alternative for <br />historic projects), <br />· Any project depletions which are in excess of the historic depletions or which <br />occur after October 25, 1991 would be considered new depletions chargeable to <br />the "minor depletions account" and subject to the terms and conditions in the <br />"minor depletions account" biological opinion, <br /> <br />5, The minor depletions tabulation should also include the biological opinion <br />number, total depletion and the amount considered new and historic in addition to the <br />current information, <br /> <br />(Note, a similar process could be applied for consultations on depletions in the San Juan <br />River Basin,) , <br /> <br />NEW MEXICO <br /> <br />(John Whipple will identify a similar process for use in New Mexico) <br />
