An important objective in designing the Prefer-
red Water Sale Alternative was to meet the ..

Operating Principles. By complying with the
minimum flow requirements, reasonable protection
to the fisheries would be provided, Other
conservat i on measures such as regul ated rel eases
in the late summer and fall are an integral
component of the Preferred A lternat i ve with
regard to endangered fishes preservation.

The potential effects of water level fluctua-
tions on aquatic resources in Ruedi Reservoir
