<br />8, WATER SUPPLY, RESERVOIR OPERA nONS AND HYDROLOGIC DATA <br /> <br />Reservoir operations at John Martin follow the operating plan adopted by the Compact <br />Adminislraion on April 24. 1980. This operating plan was revised on May 10. 1984 and <br />Decemberll. 1984 but has not been revised since that time. Accordingly, a system ofw3.ter <br />storage accounts exists in John Martin Reservoir into which reservoir innows are distrib- <br />uted for release at a later dale. While these accounts have often been referred to;3.5 "Arric1e <br />lI"and "Article HI" accounts. the correct designation based on the organization of the <br />operating plan resolution is "Section II" and "Section III" accounts.
