The Water Bank. however, recognizes that some of that capacity <br /> <br />may not be available to the Water Bank due to the existing storage obligations of the facilities and to other <br /> <br />factors, <br /> <br />In comparison to this gross storage capacity available, the Water Bank notes that for operating year 1997, <br />the Water Bank expects actual water storage in the Pinal AMA in the following amounts: <br /> <br />Central Arizona Irrigation & Drainage District: <br />Hohokam Irrigation & Drainage District: <br />Maricopa-Stanfield Irrigation & Drainage District: <br />Total: <br /> <br />35,000 af <br />28,000 af <br />56.000 af <br />119,000 af <br /> <br />TUCSON ACTIVE MANAGEMENT AREA <br /> <br />The sum of all permitted storage facilities "existing" in the Tucson AMA that are physically capable of <br /> <br />receiving CAP water is in excess of 100,000 acre feet per year.
