Since an adjustment on the energy <br /> <br />allocation limit will be allowed for:those customers who can <br /> <br />demonstrate that energy usage for 19~0-82 was reduced as the result of <br />conservation efforts, any such app1i4ants that may be affected by the <br />allocation limit must also submit th~ required documentation with any <br />i <br />application. An application must beireceived by Western's SLCAO from <br />each potential allottee by close of business on (INSERT DATE 60 DAYS <br />AFTER PUBLICATION IN THE FEDERAL REGtSTER). <br /> <br />2. Determination of Allocations i <br />Shortly after the deadline for submi~ting applications for power, <br />Western will publish proposed allocations to all qualified applicants <br />in the FEDERAL REGISTER. The notice ,will seek comments on the <br /> <br />proposed allocations. <br /> <br />Once comments are considered and any:necessary adjustments made, the <br />Administrator will allocate energy and associated capacity under the <br />terms of the Criteria to all qualified applicants and will publish the <br />final allocations. <br /> <br />3.
