<br />. <br /> <br />Area Office. The period for submitt~ng written comments on t~e 1984 <br />Proposed Criteria officially ended on October 26, 1984. In addition, <br />a request for Applicant Profile Data was published in the February 4, <br />1983, FEDERAL REGISTER, 48 FR 5303, and later extensions provided for <br />a filing deadline of December 30, 1983, 48 FR 54880 (December 7, <br />1983). These applicant profile data, have been used as the basis for <br />determining entity eligibility and, in the case of new customers, will <br />be used for the calculation of post-1989 allocations. The Criteria <br />published herein represents a culmination of the public participation <br /> <br />process. <br /> <br />C. SUMMARY OF REVISIONS <br /> <br />1. The integration of the Provo River Project with the 'Col1bran, <br />Rio Grande and CRSP Projects has been deferred. <br />2. The net benefits of integrating each small project (the Rio <br />Grande and Collbran Projects) with C~SP have been divided among (1) <br /> <br />. . <br />the existing small project customer(s) and (2) all other SLCA <br /> <br />Integrated Projects customers in the 'Northern Division. <br /> <br />3. Marketable firm capacity has !increased by 55 MW in both <br /> <br />seasons due to a change in reserve levels and exclusion of Provo River <br /> <br />capability. Marketable firm energy has decreased slightly due to <br /> <br />6 <br />
