ALLOCATION OF FEDERAL INVES'J:1I1E!'lT <br /> <br />Section 6 of the authorizing act states that upon completion of each unit, <br />participating project, or separable feature thereof, the Secretary shall <br />allocate the total cost (excluding any expenditure authorized by Section 8 <br />of this Act) of constructing said unit, project, or feature to the vari- <br />ous purposes authorized under Reclamation law. No formal allocations have <br />been made of the cost to June 30, 1967. Tentative allocations, hO~lever, <br />have been made of the total estimated cost of the units and projects now <br />authorized (See Exhibit D).
