In using the <br />monthly FAX to determine the difference between water diverted and water <br />pumped to storage at the Municipal Plant, however. only the entry for <br />"Municipal Water Plant (Yuma Main)" should be used. since the water used <br />the City of Yuma and Smucker Park is delivered through the YCWUA system. <br />intent here is to determine the difference between the amount actually <br />diverted at the plant and that pumped to storage. This difference has been <br />reported by YPO to be leakage back to the river.
