Downstream of the East <br /> <br /> <br />Portal, the protected flow of 200 cfs will be maintained. <br /> <br /> <br />This 200 cfs protected flow was approved as adequate by the <br /> <br /> <br />various regulatory agencies during the development of the <br /> <br /> <br />Curecanti Project. <br /> <br />E.
