The applicant proposes to <br />closely coordinate with the National Park Service and <br />Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation in the <br />final design of these recreational features. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The impact of the proposed hydroelectric projects on the <br /> <br /> <br />recreational resources of the Gunnison River will not be <br /> <br /> <br />significant. The projects will have no effect on the <br />Curecanti National Recreational Area located upstream of the <br /> <br />East Portal of the Gunnison Tunnel. Downstream of the East <br /> <br /> <br />Portal, the protected flow of 200 cfs will be maintained. <br /> <br /> <br />This 200 cfs protected flow was approved as adequate by the <br /> <br /> <br />various regulatory agencies during the development of the <br /> <br /> <br />Curecanti Project. <br /> <br />E.
