Russell Freeman, Director - Office of Congressional and Inter- <br />governmental Relations, Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX. <br /> <br />Business Session <br /> <br />Chairman Griffin presided over the business session, during which <br />the PSIAC acted on the following: <br /> <br />(1) Adopted a letter from the PSIAC to WRC responding to requests <br />for proposals for new regional comprehensive studies.
