Use of Granada Reservoir water below the state line would <br /> <br /> <br />be delivered direct from Granada Reservoir. Other uses would be <br /> <br /> <br />delivered by exchange with John ~!brtin Reservoir - deliver John Martin <br /> <br /> <br />Rescrvoir state line requirement from Granada Reservoir while Granada <br /> <br /> <br />requirements above the reservoir would bo delivered from John Martin <br /> <br /> <br />Reservoir. The !'eservoir would be operated in a ccordance with provi- <br /> <br /> <br />sions Jf the Arkansas River Compact and the necessary exchange and <br /> <br /> <br />operation agreements.
