Following that summary six different re.payment sched- <br />ules n.re present.ed. The first (p. 35) is a repayment. sehe.dule for <br />all power cost.s, including those of the stornge project Rnd cent.rnl Utah <br />project, and for irrigation costs of the stornge project. It shows how <br />power revenues will repay all reimbursable cost.s of the storage project <br />and power costs of th~ centrnl Utah project and establishes revenues <br />available to assist in the repayment of irrigat.ion costs of participating <br />projects. The next four schedules (pp. 36 to 39) demonstrate re- <br />payment of irrigation costs of pnrticipating projects segregat.ed by <br />the States of Colorndo, New Mexico, Ut>lh, and Wyoming, respec- <br />tively. The last schedule is a summary of power, municipal and <br />industrinl water, and ;irrigation repa.yment for oIl authorized units <br />of the storage project and all participat.ing project.s, ns well as the <br />Edell project in Wyoming. <br />The repayment tables and schedules indic>lte that all eosts allocated <br />to power for both the stora.ge project and pnrt.icipating projects, <br />amounting to $661,387:,000 including int.erest durinQ' construction, can <br />be repaid with interest within a period of 50 years following complet.ion <br />of each of the separable power features. Power eosts Recording to <br />present schedulcs would be fully repaid in year 2008. Costs of the <br />storage nnits allocated to irrigation, amounting to $107,911,000, would <br />be repaid from power revenues in 5 years or in the 43d year (2012) fol- <br />lowing complet.ion of the irrigation investment at the different units. <br />Costs allocated to municipal and industrial water, amonnting to <br />$46,875,000 including .iuterest during constnIction, would be repaid <br />with interest iu 50 years following completion of appurtenant facilities. <br />The municipnland indtlstrial water development is presently scheduled <br />in three blocks with repayment being complete.d in years 2014, 2023, <br />and 2031. Costs of the 11 participatiug projects and the Eden project <br />allocated t.o irrigation, totaling $217,129,000 plus $5,750,000 nllocated <br />to the ultimate phase ,of the central Utah project, would be repaid <br />within a 50-year period following the development periods, except <br />that authorized periods of 68 years and 60 years would be nsed for <br />the Paonia and Eden proj' ects, respectively. The last payment would <br />be made in year 2049, t Ie 90th year of the combined operation of <br />all storage nnits, the p'llI'ticipating projects, and Eden project. The <br />irrigation repayment would be made by tJle irrigators and from power <br />revennes and conservat.cy district taxes ItS illustrated in the summary <br />table. In repayment st~ldies for participating projects, drafts on power <br />revenues in the basin fund at no time exceeded scheduled revenues <br />apportioned to the State iu which the respective projects are located. <br />Repayment of reimbursable project costs was nccomplished prior to <br />the dates on which final payments are due nnd interest-benring and <br />non-interest-bearing costs, to the extent practicable, were paid <br />concurrently. <br />
