<br />COLORADO RIVER STORAGE PROJECT

<br />Seldskadee project;
<br />, ' 'rhe Seedskadee; project will be constructed in southwestern Wyo-
<br />ming along the G*een River below the authorized La Barge project,
<br />Principal works under the preseilt tentative plan include a diversion
<br />'dam on the rivcr, conveyance canals, pumps, and distribution laterals.
<br />Such works will ptovide an irrigation water supply for about 60,700
<br />acres of full-service land, '
<br />Modifications of: the pll1n to provide storage and ftsh and wildlife
<br />,facilities are being 'investigated. As the studies arc still incomplete,
<br />however, the modifications are not included in the project data used
<br />~n this report. !

<br />Lyman project i
<br />: The Lyman projilct will be constructed in southwestern Wyoming
<br />'11long B1l1cks Fork cif the Green River near the Wyomiug,Uta.h boul'ld-
<br />ary. ~t will suppleinent the irrigation water supply for abOlit 411,(j00
<br />acres of land. Bridger Reservoir will be constructed on wmow Creek
<br />'to a capacity of 43;000 acre-feet. Other features will include feeder
<br />,canals to the reservoir, return canals to distribute the reservoir re-
<br />~easeB, improvement of the Willow Creek chaunel, drainage, and
<br />,improvement of the existing irrigl1tion system,
<br />
<br />;La Barge project
<br />, The La Barge proJect will divert water directly from the Gl'Cen Ri Vel'
<br />,in southwestern Wy&ming to provide hTigat,ion water for about 8,000
<br />-acres of full-<3ervice land. Project works will include a diversion dam,
