The <br />meetings are intended for discussion and resolution of all concerns regarding <br />project implementation in an open and deliberate fashion. CCDD generally will <br />not attend or participate directly in these meetings. CCDD personnel will be <br />available to attend a limited number of these session only when extraordinarey <br />substantive or project management issues arise, for the additional cost of <br />time and expenses. <br /> <br />Engineering Hydrology <br /> <br />The component wi 11,: <br /> <br />o Develop a water budget and computer model for the Neegronda <br />Reservoir system. <br /> <br />o Identify and assess alternative options for operating the <br />reservoir (e.g. moving water into and out of storage, decreasing <br />dead storage). .:..-- -' ,,;. ".".., . <br /> <br />o Integrate thecomp9nent with other project components. <br /> <br />--The computer model will be capable of evaluating' different reservoir operating' <br />strategies.and have interactive and graphics capabilities~ The model will be <br />suitable for conducting workshops to address questions' of key decision makers <br />and the public in Southeast Colorado.. The computer model win be a useful <br />tool for public' participation and education. '-- .~,...__"n <br /> <br />Recreation/Fish and Wildlife and Economic Development <br /> <br />General concepts for recreation and economic development component plans will <br />be developed. The concept plans will be based on the identified goals and <br />objectives of stakeholders, existing plans of responsible local and state <br />agencies, and readily available data. Original research, questionnaire <br />surveys, and detailed planning and graphics are not anticipated in Phase II. <br /> <br />Domestic Water Supply <br /> <br />Information characterizing water systems potentially participating in project <br />implementation will be developed in Phase II if nessecessary. Information <br />collected will include: <br /> <br />o Supplier's name, address, and telephone number. <br />o Key contact and decision makers. <br /> <br />8 <br />
