Replacement of evaporative losses from an entity's <br /> <br /> <br />flood control pool storage account will be the sole and <br /> <br /> <br />direct responsibility of that entity. <br /> <br /> <br />C. Prorating Total Evaporation: <br /> <br /> <br />The monthly total evaporation will be distributed between <br /> <br /> <br />the permanent pool and the flood plain pool by a ratio of <br /> <br /> <br />their respective occupied volume to the total occupied <br /> <br />1-12 <br />
