In the main-stem South Platte River from just <br />below the discharge of Metro-District treatment <br />facilities to just above the discharge from the <br />Great Western Sugar Company in the City of <br />Brighton; all of Sand Creek, in Clear Creek <br />from the City of Golden to its mouth -- <br />a. The dissolved oxygen (DO) content be main- <br />tained at not less than 4 mg/l; <br />b. The 5-day, 2000 BOD level not be allowed to <br />exceed 20 mg/l; and <br />c. The total and fecal coliform levels not <br />be allowed to exceed 5,000 and 1,000 <br />bacteria per 100 ml, respectively. <br />3.
