The <br /> <br /> <br />technical report presented to the ~onferees by the Federal <br /> <br /> <br />Water Pollution Control Administrat~onls South Platte River <br /> <br /> <br />Basin Project contains both general and specific recommenda- <br /> <br /> <br />tions for pollution abatement action, including appropriate <br /> <br /> <br />time schedules for all major waste sources in the Denver <br /> <br /> <br />metropolitan area and for feedlot operations and the sugar <br />
