John <br /> <br />If I may I would like to address-- <br /> <br />Why don't you come on up and identify yourself. <br /> <br />John Musick, Attorney, I represent on this issue a Ruedi Water and Power <br />Authority. With me today is Bill_, one of the County Commissioners <br />from Pitkin County as well as Mark Fuller, staff employee for Pitkin <br />County on a number of environmental issues as well as Secretary for the <br />Water and Power Authority. I'd like to address, if I may the entirety of the <br />issue regarding the instream flow determination as well as the 15 Mile <br />Reach recommendation and so forth so I only have to come up once and <br />I'll be brief. The last time I was in front of the Board I made a <br />recommendation and a suggestion which the Board basically adopted and <br />based on that expression of good will by my clients as well as by the Board, <br />we've been marching forward now for the last six months. Meetings have <br />been held between my clients and the Bureau of Reclamation and the <br />endangered species recovery program study group that Tom Pitts has, in <br />fact just last Tuesday we had an additional meeting with Tom Pitts group. <br />We have submitted a number of reports and Mark has the documents and <br />will address some of these issues either now or later this morning. We've <br />been working along cooperatively with the Bureau of Reclamation and the <br /> <br />9 <br />
