<br />, <br /> <br />1-' <br />c....., <br />-.1 <br />c.n <br /> <br />(3) Description of water rights, including <br />diversions and consumptive use quantities, <br />(4) Alternative plans that could reduce or <br />eliminate salt discharge. Alternative <br />plans shall include: <br />(a) Description of alternative water <br />supplies, including provisions for <br />water reuse, if any. <br />(b) Description of quantity and quality <br />of proposed discharge, <br />(c) Description of how salts removed <br />from discharges shall be disposed of <br />to prevent such sal~s from entering <br />surface waters or ground water <br />aquifers, <br />(d) Costs of alternative plans in <br />dollars per ton of salt removed, <br />(5) Of the alternatives, a statement as to <br />the one plan for reduction of salt <br />discharge that the applicant recommends <br />be adopted. <br />(6) Such other information pertinent to <br />demonstration of non-practicability as <br />the permitting authority may deem <br />necessary, <br />c. In determining what permit conditions shall be <br />required, the permit issuing authority shall <br />consider, but not be limited to the following: <br />(1) The practicability of achieving no <br />discharge of salt. <br />(2) Where no discharge is determined not to <br />be practicable: <br />(a) The impact to the total proposed <br />salt discharge of each alternative <br /> <br /> <br />>~- <br /> <br />., <br />, <br />~A <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />, -;'_~.k _"'"C-:._.: ~-,'~ <br /> <br />
