<br />Part 600 - National Colorado River Salinity Control Program <br /> <br />~,-.. <br />~ <br />f\) <br />CO <br /> <br />i <br />~600.06 USDA SCCC COMPOSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES (continued) <br /> <br />USDA SCCC shall: <br /> <br />- coordinate overall CRSCP activities at the National level, in <br />consultation with the Bureau of Reclamation, Colorado <br />River Basin Salinity Control Forum, and EPA. <br /> <br />- formulate annual budget request. <br /> <br />- review and recommend for inclusion in the CRSCP: <br /> <br />· regulations. <br />· policies. <br />· guidelines. <br /> <br />- review and approve PIP's for funding in the NRCS budget. <br /> <br />- help coordinate individual Agency programs with CRSCP. <br /> <br />- make recommendations on the technical aspects of the <br />CRSCP to agencies and others that provide <br />technical assistance. <br /> <br />- annually review: <br /> <br />· PIP updates and accomplishments. <br />. CRSCP progress in each project. <br /> <br />- periodically advise the appropriate Agency heads on the <br />CRSCP's policy issues and accomplishments. <br /> <br />~600.07 STATE SCCC COMPOSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />State SCCC is composed of NRCS, CFSA, and CSREES. <br /> <br />State SCCC shall: <br /> <br />- coordinate CRSCP activities at the State level, through F AC <br />or other similar group, in consultation with the: <br /> <br />· Bureau of Reclamation. <br />· Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum and <br />Council. <br />· BIA. <br />· State agency responsible for soil and water <br />conservation and <br />· EP A Regional Director, as needed. <br /> <br />600-6 <br /> <br />(300-VI-NCRSCPH, JUNE 1995) <br /> <br />(INTERIM) <br />
