<br />Part 600 - National Colorado River Salinity Control Program <br /> <br />b' <br />~ ~600.05 AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES (continued) <br />"'1 <br /> <br />c <br />CFSA <br />Responsibilities <br /> <br />CFSA will: <br /> <br />- participate on SCCC's at the National, State, and local levels. <br /> <br />- concur in establishing CRSCP policies, priorities and <br />guidelines with NRCS and CSREES at the National, State, <br />and local levels. <br /> <br />- review and sign SCS-FNM-141 Application For Payment <br />in order to notify NRCS that pay applicant <br />is or is not on debt register. <br /> <br />d <br />CSREES <br />Responsibilities <br /> <br />CSREES will: <br /> <br />- participate on SCCC's at the National, State, and local level. <br /> <br />- cooperatively coordinate CRSCP activities with CFSA and <br />NRCS at the National, State, and local levels. <br /> <br />- develop, carry out, and coordinate informational and <br />educational programs for CRSC activities on a project basis <br />as identified in PIP's.
