CFSA
Responsibilities

CFSA will:

- participate on SCCC's at the National, State, and local levels.

- concur in establishing CRSCP policies, priorities and
guidelines with NRCS and CSREES at the National, State,
and local levels.

- review and sign SCS-FNM-141 Application For Payment
in order to notify NRCS that pay applicant
is or is not on debt register.

CSREES
Responsibilities

CSREES will:

- participate on SCCC's at the National, State, and local level.

- cooperatively coordinate CRSCP activities with CFSA and
NRCS at the National, State, and local levels.

- develop, carry out, and coordinate informational and
educational programs for CRSC activities on a project basis
as identified in PIP's. '

- encourage the State and County Cooperative Extension
Service to develop and carry out a comprehensive
information and education program.

- help monitor and evaluate projects where appropriate.

CSREES may:
- Conduct research in support of the CRSCP.

ARS Responsibilities

ARS may:
- participate on SCCC's at the National, State and local levels.
- help implement the CRSC Program at the State level.
- provide research, demonstration and technical support.
