Such treatment may <br />mclude replacement of incidental fish and wildlife values <br />forellone as a result of salinity control treatment applied by the <br />participant under the CRSCP. <br /> <br />The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) or <br />conservation district employee authorized to Sign long-term <br />contracts. <br /> <br />The long term contract including the conservation plan of <br />operations, entered into in writinll between the USDA or <br />conservation district and the ~artIcipant which sets forth the <br />terms and conditions for participation in the CRSCP established <br />in accordance with this part. <br /> <br />Conservation plans of operations that when implemented <br />achieve the least federal cost per unit of salinity reduction. <br /> <br />Payments made to or on behalf of a participant at established <br />rates as specified in contracts for carrying out a conservation <br />practice or an identifiable component of such practices <br />according to the contract. <br /> <br />The percentage of the cost paid by the Federal Government for <br />completing the installation of a practice. <br /> <br />Land that has been irrigated four (4) of the last five (5) years or <br />considered irrigated under the acreage reduction program. <br /> <br />An individual or group of individuals, tribe, partnership, firm, <br />joint-stock company, corporation, association, trust, eState, <br />irrigation district/company, or other public or nonpublic entity <br />(except federal agencies outside the US Department of <br />Agriculture), and wherever applicable, a State, political <br />subdivision of a State, or any agency thereof. <br /> <br />A document on file in the local NRCS office containing <br />technical information and specifications for the conservation of <br />soil, water, air, plant, animal resources, and related human <br />considerations, specifically applicable to the area for which it is <br />prepared. <br /> <br />Incidental fish and wildlife habitats that may be affected <br />adversely by conservation practices applied by the program <br />participant. <br /> <br />(300.VI-NCRSCPH, JUNE 1995) <br /> <br />600-9 <br />
