<br />=ncerning applicant's plans for its Hinman Park project. The infonna-
<br />tion reques~d was duly flmlished. In 1978, a~licant received notice that
<br />pUbliC rreeti'ngs =nceming the Elk River viild and Scenic River study would
<br />be held in St'earrboat SprinCls in April of 1978. Counsel for applicant at-'
<br />tenc'>cd the rr:\?fti nq in StcaTIt)()at Srrings concerning the effects of designating
<br />the llil1lTl3I1 Pa.rk project area part of a wild and scenic river territory. '
