Not only have the states <br />provided al least thirty per cent of the funds for the program, but the continuous oversight by the <br />Salinity COIlII'<)1 Forum and Ihe effecljv~ administration of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has <br />ensured that the program ha5 resulted in cost effeclive, measurable results. Approval of S. 1211 <br />is of vital importance to the CAP and stale of Arizona.
