There was considerable discussion about estimated roadway construction <br />costs, our feeling being that the Bureau's figures were considerably <br />lower than we have encountered lately. Therefore, as requested by <br />Mr. Kim, I am forwarding to you our estimates of cost per mile, based <br />on average 1974-1975 ~oadway costs. <br /> <br />I believe the foregoing covers the major points discussed.
